I need a skilled freelancer to develop a podcast application compatible with both iOS and Android devices. Key application features:
- **Offline Downloads**: Listeners should be able to download podcast episodes for offline usage.
- **Playlist Creation**: The app must allow users to create, edit and manage their own podcast playlists.
- **Search Functionality**: The app requires a robust search functionality that permits users to search for podcasts by name, host, or topic.
In addition to these features, the app requires **User Registration and Login Capabilities**. I would like these to be via:
- **Email password login**: Users should have the ability to register and login using their email address. They should also be able to recover a lost password.
- **Social Media Login**: I would prefer if users can also have the option to sign in using their social media accounts.
