Pillio: Chronic Medication Management App
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
Project Overview
Pillio is a mobile app designed for chronic patients to help manage their medications, receive reminders, and interact with their local pharmacy (click & collect).
The MVP should be fast, reliable, intuitive, and built entirely on FlutterFlow with Firebase as backend (Firestore + Auth).
Core Features for MVP (Phase 1)
- User Onboarding
- Welcome screens (3 pages)
- Signup / Login with email & password
- Password reset
- Basic profile creation: first name, age, chronic condition (optional)
Medication Management
- Add/edit/delete medications manually
- Fields: name, dosage, frequency, times of day, start/end dates, notes
- Medication list view with status (taken / missed)
- Daily treatment view: only medications scheduled for today
Reminders / Notifications
- Push notifications for scheduled doses
- Mark medication as “Taken” or “Missed”
- Reminder summary screen: what’s next, what’s late
Pharmacy Module (Light Version)
- Upload prescription (photo upload via phone or add document)
- Option: “Send to pharmacy”
- Click & Collect: button that sends a request to pharmacy (mocked for MVP)
Gamification & Motivation
- Simple screen that says: “Congrats! You took all your meds today!”
- Optional: show streak count
Bottom Navigation Bar
- Tabs: Home | Medications | Profile
Technical Stack
- FlutterFlow (no raw Flutter code)
- Backend: Firebase Auth + Firestore
- Notifications: Firebase Cloud Messaging
- Image Upload: Firebase Storage (optional)
- Local/Cloud sync preferred
Design & UI
- Clean, medical look (with respect of brand kit)
- Should work well for elderly users (big buttons, readable fonts)
- Responsive on Android and iOS
I will provide a Figma wireframe or reference app, but expect initiative on UX/UI best practices
Delivery Expectations
- MVP delivery: 3 to 4 weeks
- Weekly check-ins with video demo
- Code remains accessible and editable through FlutterFlow
=> App ready to be tested by patients by end of development
