Manager: Initiates payment vouchers
Internal Auditor: Reviews submissions and Validate
Accounting Manager: Validates and processes approved vouchers
CEO: Final level of approval
Role-Specific Dashboards:
Custom dashboards with task overviews and status updates relevant to each user role.
Approval Workflow:
Each role should be able to confirm, reject, or return vouchers for correction.
File Management:
Ability to upload and download payment vouchers, invoices, and related documents.
Push Notifications:
Real-time alerts for pending actions, approvals, rejections, or updates.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
