Parking App Development & Marketing

I'm launching EstacionaMTY, a mobile app that helps users find and reserve, and even rent parking spots starting in Monterrey, Mexico, with plans for future expansion. I'm looking for a freelancer or team to:

Develop the MVP (iOS/Android – hybrid acceptable):
- Map with available parking
- User login, reservation, in-app payments (phone number verification)
- Dashboard for users and space owners
- Admin panel, push notifications
- Stripe/PayPal integration

Create a 1-month marketing plan:
- Branding, social media (IG, FB, TikTok)
- Content calendar, ads, launch strategy

Monthly services:
- App maintenance
- Social media management

Ideal skills and experience:
- Mobile app development (experience with mapping and payment integration)
- Strong background in digital marketing and social media management
- Previous experience with app maintenance and updates
