PWA to iOS App Store Submission Expert Needed

I'm seeking an experienced developer to guide us through submitting our Progressive Web App (PWA) to the Apple App Store. The app is fully developed and live on the web.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create the Apple Developer account for us (Membership will be paid by us).
- Wrap the existing PWA in a native shell using Capacitor.js for compatibility with App Store requirements.
- Configure the app in Xcode with proper provisioning profiles, certificates, and App IDs.
- Ensure compliance with Apple App Store Guidelines for PWAs.
- Assist in gathering app metadata (description, keywords) and creating app screenshots.
- Walk through the App Store Connect process, including app metadata, app screenshots, and submission.
- Handle Apple’s review process and make necessary adjustments if rejected.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with PWA-to-iOS publishing
- Proficient in Capacitor.js and Xcode
- Knowledge of Apple App Store submission requirements
- Familiarity with App Store Connect
