POD transport Courier App Development

I am looking for a skilled app developer to create a POD transport courier app.

Any submissions or expressions of interest should include confirmation that the app developer has done this type of project previously and be able to provide references of companies who are using this app as part of their transport monitoring services.

This might be via for both iOS and Android devices. The app should have tracking features as to the location where the images were taken.

Or if its via another device the drivers carry with them and take images,

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:

One critical point is the ability to take multiple images date and time stamped and upload them to the cloud immediately, to a central file according to date preferably into a drop box folder. It should a location where the image was taken its also a good feature with the driver to type in any other additional information

This is purely for our drivers, and it should have the ability to be emailed to customers
