POC IOS App - Upload videos from local storage while the app is in background to Azure blob storage

Need a simple iOS POC app that can upload videos to Azure blob storage from phone storage while the app is in background status and if the upload failed provided in-app notifications with logs.

The app should not time out while uploading in the background. Video size can range from 10 MB to 10 GB
