Outlook Calendar Sync Fix

I need help syncing my Outlook calendar with my iPhone. My email works fine, but the calendar does not.

I've already tried some troubleshooting steps:
- Re-added the account on my iPhone
- Checked calendar settings on my iPhone
- Ensured calendar is enabled in Outlook settings

I might be using an Exchange account, but I'm not sure.
