Online Education App in Flutter for Android and iOS

We are looking for an online competitive exams preparation Flutter App development for Web, Android and iOS.
There will be Three panels
Admin Panel will be on web.

Faculty Panel
Student Panel
Faculty will be able to and sell their courses and live videos.
Students should be able to buy courses and attend video classes on mobile app, give online practice exams.
Students should see courses listed by faculties and with feedback and reviews.
Admin should be able to monitor all activities on the app.
Source code will be our property.
Payment will be made in milestones.
