OCR-based iPhone Book App

I'm in need of an application developed for iPhone that is designed to scan the ISBN numbers on a book using the camera's OCR and then copy the isbn camera must stay open the whole time and just display and copy the isbn. The content within the app will only be text. The app is intended for quick and efficient cataloguing of books and their details for easy accessibility and reference. This project does not require any additional features such as bookmarks, font size adjustment, or night mode.
Ideal candidates should:
- Be familiar with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technologies
- Have previous experience with iOS application development
- Be able to work on rapid timescales as I require the project to be completed ASAP.
- Have a portfolio that shows similar apps designed and deployed in the past
