Need quick Storyboard and Controller code to arrange some content horizontally with either scrollview or collection view - for Swift 15.3

Hi there. I am trying to make a feature where I can somehow swipe left (or hit a next/prev button) and replace the content with additional options/content.
Basically, I have some hard coded options (4 of them) and I want to fit more without doing a vertical scroll.
It's almost like making the view twice as wide as it is, then putting an identical view on the right side.
Important - I need to be able to click "next" and "prev" buttons to go to the next items or back.
