Need an organization account for Uploading apps ?

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create an organization account for uploading apps on both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. I also need assistance with app submission.

Requirements:
- Experience in creating organization accounts for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store
- Knowledge of the app submission process
- Ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the submission process
- Familiarity with both iOS and Android app development

Please note that the apps are not yet developed and ready for submission.
