Need a iphone app built

Need a mobile app built. I've attached the design below.
Details of the app is, I need two pages (and help screen)
For the call section, user can listen to the 10 options of audio, and select one, then input their phone number. They will write the time they want and on that time, it will call the person and play the audio upon pickup of phone. They have the option to stop timer too.
For the text section, they input the text message and the text will send once the timer goes down unless they press stop.
Would like to use integration with Signalwire. And this job requires helping me upload to Apple Store (I have a developer account already). Need this project completed fast.
