Need a Website and mobile app for the Gifting and Cakes selling.

I am looking for a website and mobile app developer to create a platform for selling cakes and gifting items. The main purpose of the website and mobile app is to provide a seamless shopping experience for users who are interested in purchasing cakes and gifts.

Key features that I would like to include in the website and mobile app are:

- Shopping Cart: Users should be able to add items to their cart and easily proceed to checkout.
- User Registration: Users should be able to create an account and log in to access their order history and preferences.
- Online Payment System: The website and mobile app should have a secure and reliable payment system that allows users to make online payments.
- Delivery boy app.
once delivery is done we need to take the video of delivey and store in DB and it should show for the user who booked the Product.

The site is live with a few modules but they did in CI i don't want CI i need Laravel.
