Need to Build an app for Student

I am in need of an app developer to build an app for my tutoring business. The app should be compatible with both iOS and Android platforms.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing apps for both iOS and Android platforms
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Swift, Java, or Kotlin
- Knowledge of app development frameworks and tools
- Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles
Features:
- Scheduling: The app should allow users to schedule tutoring sessions based on their availability and preferences.
- Video Conferencing: Users should be able to have virtual tutoring sessions through video conferencing.
- Live Chat: The app should provide a live chat feature for users to communicate with tutors in real-time.
Note:- Audience should not listen other audience voice. Only Host can listen all the audience voice and audience can listen only host voice.
Existing Similar App:
There is an existing app similar to what I would like to create. The selected app developer should be able to understand the functionalities and features of the existing app and incorporate them into the new app.
