NFC Payment App Development for iOS & Android

I'm seeking a seasoned mobile app developer to create an NFC payment app compatible with both iOS and Android platforms. The app will primarily facilitate service payments in retail and e-commerce settings.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in developing NFC-enabled mobile apps for iOS and Android.
- Extensive knowledge of integrating with custom APIs.
- Experience in creating user-friendly, secure payment apps.
- Ability to implement features for retail and e-commerce services.
The payment system will be separate, requiring the NFC payment app to interface with a custom API. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver a seamless, intuitive app that enhances the user experience in making service payments.
The App User Interface will be HTML based, reflecting a web page for the particular user. The App will authenticate using token towards SSO gateway, and preserve login session indefinitely on the mobile.
When payment is done, the App will communicate with the car-reader's NFC using a preconfigured ID to initiate the payment. App will also show available funds and usage history through API.
NDA will be required from developer team.
