Multi-Service On-Demand App Development

My partner and I are looking for an experienced app developer to create a user-friendly, convenient app designed to allow users to schedule a variety of on-demand services real time. The app will cater to a wide range of services such as tattoos, haircuts, hair color, barber services, facials, skincare, massages, physical therapy, nails, personal chef services, and pet grooming.
My summation:
The app will enable users to choose from various services based on location and reviews and the number of services each partner has completed. Users will receive notifications about their upcoming appointments and have the ability to manage notifications, integrate with their calendar, and link social media accounts. The app will also include functionality for signing waivers and agreements, ensuring user privacy and data security, and offering real-time chat support. It will provide personalized recommendations, support multiple languages, and be available on multiple platforms. The app needs the ability to check licenses and certifications if possible and provide verified check for those users.
Features we need:
1. **Service Selection and Booking:**
- Users can select services based on reviews, location, and partner activity.
- Notifications for same day as well as upcoming appointments (2-3 days in advance) via email, text, or app notifications.
- Easy integration with phone calendars.
- Easy integration with user contacts so they can invite current clients to their profile on the app
- Options for users to manage their notification preferences.
- options for users to manage previous clients, send coupons, thank yous, also deposit request, late fee
- a way to connect to state/ government database and check licensing required for certain services that require it
2. **Social Media Integration:**
- Partners can link their social media pages.
- Ability for users to connect with friends and share content within the app.
