Multi-Platform Keyboard App Creation

I want a developer to build me a free and open source keyboard app compatible with Android and IOS operating systems, that will use a custom keyboard layout of my own design. Does not need to be original code. Can be based off of open source app already in existence that I will show to the developer.

Priced for completion of required features only. I am willing to negotiate higher payment depending on number of ideal features successfully implemented. Future projects likely if all goes well.

Required Features:

• Exact layout provided by myself
• Specific Unicode characters to be disclosed upon hire

• Privacy and security focussed (absolutely no tracking, data mining, or permissions for network access, contacts, files etc.)

Ideal Features:

• Ability to type with swipe typing
• Supports a wide range of emojis
• Customizable RGB color picker for background, keys, & text.
• Control over haptic feedback settings
• Customizable clipboard including pre-written messages
• Customizable Keyboard size/height

Ideal Skills:

• Proficiency in both Android and iOS app development
• Prior experience in designing keyboard apps or similar tools
• Excellent understanding of Unicode and emoji implementations
• UI/UX design skills for creating very simple intuitive tools
