Multi-Platform Camera Adjustment App Developer

I'm looking for a skilled Flutter and native developer who can help me with a social media posting app, the camera is in native for ios and android and the main app is in flutter app for both Android and iOS. Here's what the project entails:
- **Platform**: The app is already developed and working, this is an additional functionality for social media posting and also adjusting opacity of hte camera
- Current issues:
1. the selfie camera cannot record across the native and flutter parts in the same view,
2. Static screen capture cannot be done due to the same as above
3. Feedback form must be done, but has not been delivered, this is a combination of ffeedback and error reporting
