Multi-Industry Mobile & Web App Development

I'm in search of a versatile freelance partner to help bring my multi-industry app concept to life. This app is aimed at various sectors including retail, gaming, healthcare, transportation, with potential for more devices. I own the IP and current Patent Pending for apps and between 8-10 devices.
- Platforms: It should be compatible across all major platforms including iOS, Android, and Web, blog, tablets etc systems.
- Functionality: The core functionality of the app revolves around real-time updates and post-time updates. There is dual functionality. These updates should be able to cater to both local and cloud capacities.
- Versions: I also require both coded and non-coded versions of the app based on consumer needs for different product iterations.
Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in cross-platform app development, with a strong portfolio in multi-industry apps and product lines. Proficiency in creating apps with real-time capabilities is crucial. Skills in cloud computing, local networking, and coding are also necessary and highly valued.
Ideal candidate can partner financially and or acquisiton or buyout IP in swift negotiations with upfont royalties and percentage annually commissions unless there is a total leveraged buyout of IP for all utilities and app. I will share files and documents/descriptions with AWS once an NDA has been signed by both parties to move forward when details of how we will proceed are established as stated above.
