Modify iOS app

I am looking for a skilled iOS developer who can assist me with functionality changes on my existing app. Here are the project details:

The app is chat app
- It already have a photo editor in the status page, i want you to help me add the photo editor to the chat room (you can use same editor or a better editor if you have)

- I would like you to add a live streaming feature to the app, just put live streaming menu beside a chat menu.
when click the user will see the list of live streaming that currently live and there will be a start live button to start
a live streaming. if user just wanna participate any live streaming, user just click on it. And on a live streaming
user can chat in the room like Tiktok
- You have to help me submit the app on Apple App store as well
- PLEASE NOTE THAT : the payment will be released after the app approved and published on the App store

- the source code will be shared in the message box.
