Modify IPA for Proxy Integration

I'm looking for a professional with experience in Sideloadly and iOS app tweaking. I need to inject a new tweak into my IPA file to connect it with a proxy, as example to Oxylabs.

Deliverables:
- A deb file
- A new IPA file

Please note that the primary objective and functionality of the proxy, as well as the current function of the two tweaks already injected, have not been specified. Therefore, flexibility and expertise are crucial for successfully completing this project.
