Mobile / ipad app development. Need to link google drive folder to search and make notes based on that.

I am looking for an experienced mobile and ipad app developer who specializes in creating apps for the iOS and Android platforms. The project I need help with is to link a Google Drive folder to a search feature within an app, as well as make notes based on that.
