Mobile iOS App for Discussion Platform

I need help developing an app centered around a discussion platform where users can debate on sports topics. It will be specific to one sport only, and above all I want users the ability to chat freely. The main features I envision are not complicated nor difficult; this is to be an open discourse platform where users can speak freely, above all.
