Mobile app to play a game in which the user guesses the price of a house

I'm looking for someone to develop a mobile app to play a game in which players guess the price of a house, similar to the process of the game "GeoGuessr". I would like the app to be developed for the iOS platform, but I'm open to suggestions. I'm expecting the app to have leaderboards and achievements which should be managed by the backend server. Also, I have a general idea regarding the design elements for the app but am open to the designer's creativity. The end result should look great and work seamlessly.
