Mobile app frontend

The app will be a Mirror to my site , so both will work on the site backend (Ruby on rails), i am looking for a mobile app frontend developer who can create an app for both iOS and Android platforms. i have a custom design style, tailored to our brand and target audience.
Skills and experience required:
