Mobile app for a saving scheme

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create a cross-platform app for a native chit fund saving scheme. The ideal candidate should have experience in building apps for both iOS and Android platforms. The app should include the following features:
- User Registration/Login: Users should be able to create accounts and login to access their savings account.
- Notifications: Users should receive notifications regarding account balance, upcoming payments, and other important updates.
