Mobile app for a nightlife discovery platform

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create a nightlife discovery platform for iOS. The app should have the following key features:
- User Registration: Users should be able to browse the app without an account, but if they want to book an event or join the guestlist for a club they must register.
- Event Booking: Users should be able to browse and book events happening in their area and join the guestlist for clubs.
- Location-based Services: Users should be able to see the events and clubs in their area, but also navigate to different areas based on their search.
Furthermore, there should be an application developed for event hosts and nightclubs that allow them to scan tickets to check attendees into an event or into their club. They should also be able to edit their venue/event listing. This can be done through an application or a web app.
The client has a specific design in mind for the app, so the ideal candidate should have experience in translating design concepts into functional app interfaces.
