Mobile app for gig recruitment

I'm looking for designer of a mobile app to help with gig recruitment. It should allow users to hire or be hired for temp work. This app should include in-app messaging as a feature, and be developed with the capability to be used with both iOS and Android devices. If it could also have features such as geolocation, that would be great, but they are not strictly necessary. I am open to suggestions for features you might think should be included.
