Mobile app for college students

I am looking for a talented freelancer who can develop a mobile app for college students. The app needs to be compatible with iOS and should focus on social networking as the primary feature. Other features such as a chat box and campus navigation should be included as well. In terms of timeline, I would like the project to be completed in more than three months.
