Mobile app for children to learn reading

I am looking for a freelancer to create a mobile app for children to learn reading. The app should have interactive games that will help improve reading skills for preschoolers aged 3-5. Using the app, children can learn and have fun at the same time! Features should include engaging and immersive game elements such as puzzles, quizzes, and challenges, along with simple instructions and plenty of visuals. All content should be appropriate for young children and be designed to make learning reading enjoyable for them.
