Mobile app for car wash

I am in the phase of making a feasibility study to develop a mobile app for my car wash business that works on both iOS and Android platforms. I have a list of specific features and functionality that I want the app to have, but I am open to suggestions from the freelancer. While I don't have a preferred design or layout in mind, I do have a rough idea of what I want the overall look and feel of the app to be.
