Mobile app for abroad education

I am looking for a skilled and experienced mobile app developer to help me create an app for studying abroad. The app will be developed for both iOS and Android and should include a few essential features, such as student profile creation, a course search, and a communication/chat feature. I also want to incorporate an algorithm which takes students’ very specific preferences into account such as financial aid demand, future prospects, preferred major, culture, total cost payable etc. and generates a college list from US, Australia and Canada accordingly.
