Mobile app for CASH-IN & CASH OUT (Flutter full-stack developer)

I am looking for a Flutter full-stack developer to create a mobile app for cash-in and cash-out transactions on both iOS and Android platforms. The primary function of the app will be to facilitate both cash-in and cash-out transactions. I require a basic design customization for the app.
The app has 4-6 screens except for basic content screens like About Us, Contact Us, Share app, Report a Bug, Upgrade to PRO, etc.
Design:
- I have a detailed layout in Figma for the app and would like the developer to follow it closely.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
