Mobile app development with AWS backend

I am looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create a fully functional mobile app with an AWS backend.
Project Requirements:
Cross-platform Application: The app must be designed to work flawlessly on both iOS and Android devices.
User Registration and Login: Implement a secure login/registration process where users can sign up and verify their account using their email address or mobile number.
User Profiles: Allow users to create a comprehensive profile, which includes the ability to upload a profile picture.
Goal Management: Users should be able to set, view, and manage their weekly goals. This feature should include a scrollable interface that lets users navigate through past, present, and future goals.
Calendar Integration: Create a calendar similar to the UI of Apple's Calendar, complete with timestamps and tasks. A timeline should be included to represent the current time.
Date/Week Selector: Include a responsive date and week selector for easy navigation.
Task Creation: Implement a floating action button on both the goal and calendar screens for easy task/goal creation.
Backend Development: The backend should be capable of sending notifications to users when a task deadline is approaching. Additionally, there should be a cron job set up to send regular reports via email to the managers.
Management Console with Retool: Create a retool console for user management tasks like creating and assigning goals, deactivating users, and viewing other users' goals/tasks.
Ensure the app is user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient. The final deliverable should include both the mobile application and the backend, complete with all specified features and functionality.
