Mobile app development

I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer to create a dedicated application for both iOS and Android. The basic version of the app should be sufficient and no additional features are necessary at this stage. I would also like the developer to create a user interface design for the app. The developer must have solid experience in building native mobile apps, preferably using Swift/Objective-C and/or Java to develop the app. Experience with popular third party SDKs is also strongly preferred.
