Mobile app

I'm looking to have a mobile app developed for the iOS platform. The main function of the app is to connect fashion designers to their customers. I'm looking to have this app completed within a 1-3 month period. The app should be user-friendly, have strong security protocols, and be able to manage both online and offline orders. Furthermore, features should include customer order tracking, easy navigation for customers, and integrated payment gateways. It should also be optimized for smartphones and tablets.
