Mobile Application Development - IOS and Android (Rewards for sharing brand ads on social media)

The mobile app has core purpose:
The users login using social credentials via facebook only.
First time users go through the registration process very similar to music applications where users has to choose interest of music and artists but in our app users will choose brands he/she likes, product they like, industry they like.
post this registration - users wall will appear which will show the brand endorsements and advertisements from the chosen product/industry or choices they made at time of registration.
What the application do:
application will allow users to share brand partner advertisements on their verified social media profiles.
each time a user shares add on their social media walls and it is verified, users get credit in their app wallet.
We do not give cash credit but rewards points which can later be claimed in multiple ways.

please note : this is a long term project and we are looking for a reliable vendor who has expertise with UI / UX and mobile app developer.
we will ask you for references check.
Also you will be required to sign an NDA before assigning of the project.
