Mobile App for a delivery service company

Looking for delivery service app creation. This will likely be a team effort. Customer should be able to review local restaurants and order food. Restaurants should also have a portal where they can manage their menu. Drivers should have a portal where they can accept delivery orders. And finally there should be a main portal where customer service and I should be able to manage everything.
