Mobile App MVP Project Manager Needed

I'm in search of a talented project manager to oversee the development of a medium complexity mobile app MVP.
- **About the App**: Think private messaging, user accounts, etc.
- **Platform Preference**: Currently, whether the app will be cross-platform or iOS only remains undecided. I'm open to suggestions and will appreciate your guidance on this decision.
Your role will encompass guidance on the hiring of a developer that meets my needs, as well as guidance of the developer and me throughout the project. Your goal is to ensure the project stays on track, meets deadlines and remains within budget.
An ideal candidate would have:
- Proven experience in managing mobile app development projects
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A keen eye for detail and quality assurance, to ensure the MVP is user-friendly and represents our target audience well.
- Previous experience developing mobile apps
