Mobile App Development for Playing Cards 54 Scoring pad ( not a game )

SUMMARY
QR-Project is a marketing agency that need to develop a mobile app that attract users for using the app in phase 1 and in phase 2 we will add marketing tools for it (not included in the current scope)
The application is simply a (54-Playing Scoring Pad). So, when people in Kuwait play pards with friends and family they use the app to write the score (again just to confirm, this is not a game application - only score registration)

OBJECTIVES
The developer will look to the UIUX that we have built and the SRS. and developed mobile apps and a backend Web-Admin. The main difference in our app is that it will be cloud and all users will see the results live.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1- Should use the best practice in AWS services such as Amplify, Lambda, serverless ...
2- Should submit AWS solution architect before beginning.
3- We will have a project manager from Freelancer to follow up.
4- Should use programming language that work on both (IOS / Android)
5- The project is expected to be in Arabic only (unless you do both languages at no extra cost)
7- Should use our GITHUB account to write the code and update the systems
8- The existing UI/UX will be modified with better look from our side or your suggestions
9- Scope of SRS & XD file complete each other
