Native Mobile App Development - Shopping App

I am looking for a mobile app developer to create a shopping app for both iOS and Android platforms. The app will be an online retail app with a general idea of features in mind. I am open to suggestions for additional features. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Mobile app development experience for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience creating online retail apps
- Ability to suggest and implement useful features for a shopping app
- Strong UI/UX design skills for a visually appealing and user-friendly app
- Very Strong knowledge and expertise in building mobile app using React Native, Flutter & Dart
- Good communication skills to keep me updated on the progress of the project.
The Scope of the project is basically to provide design, build or develop native mobile apps from scratch and deploy onto play store on both Google Play Store as well as on Apple Store.
