I work in the real estate industry as a National Property Manager. A colleague and myself have come up with an APP idea in real estate and have created our own full detailed tech specs and we believe that this is a great APP idea that has not yet made it to market with a lot of potential and a huge customer base worldwide.
Budget wise we cannot afford much, but we are willing to bring the developer into the business partnership.
