I am searching for an expert mobile developer with proficiency in Firebase and secure messaging platforms. The project involves replacing the existing chat server - https://github.com/oxen-io/session-ios with a new one provided at https://we.tl/t-NDMEGREZdN. With the selected candidate, we'll:

- Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging: The new server should have the capability to send notifications via Firebase, and this feature should be available on both iOS and Android versions of the application.

- Enhance Chat Server Functionality: For the Android and iOS version of the application, the new chat server should enable encrypted secure messaging. This is a crucial requirement for the project.
