Mobile App Creation

I am looking for a reliable mobile app developer to travel to the Caribbean and create mobile apps. You can be entry level or advanced. The apps are to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms. I have some ideas, but am also open to suggestions. The end product needs to be of high quality and user-friendly.
