Mobile APPs - Colouring with Number

I am looking for someone who can build an app "colouring with numbers".
- I will provide app design
- I will provide images to be coloured
- I will provide the technical design on how the app should be done

I need someone who:

- Knows development of IOs and Android apps
- Someone who can demonstrate past experience

I would consider if :
- Past experience in game developments
