Minimalist iOS App for Display Intersection Equipment Condition

I'm looking for an experienced iOS developer to create a simple yet effective iPhone application. This app will pull specific data from a CSV file related to the condition of equipment at various intersections, based on the phone's location.

CSV will consist of the 19 fields:
Assetnum
Location
Latitude
Longitude
P1..P16

Key Features:
- Displaying data from a CSV file to provide the use real-time information of the condition status at the intersection.
- When the ios device is within 200' of the intersection then the App should show the intersection name and the status of P1-P16 which will be Good/Bad/Blank

Please note, the app is not required to send alerts, log incidents, or notify contacts when it detects an intersection with bad equipment. The main goal is to simply display the information in a clean, minimalist interface. If the user is driving then the app should update with the relevant information when it enters and leaves the 200' "buffer" around an intersection.
