Maui - iOS app deployment

I have started an iOS app, developed using .Net Maui. I need to get a first version deployed to Test Flight so users can begin testing. I have built the app on a windows machine, using a remote Mac. I just need some help getting it deployed, so expertise in this set up is critical.
