Make a game which have 10 mind games

I'm looking for someone to develop a game with 10 mind games that is specifically designed for adults (20+). I have specific mind games in mind, and would like them implemented in the game. The game needs to be developed for mobile, and should provide an enjoyable and challenging experience for players.
The game should also include an intuitive user interface that makes it easy for users to navigate, and the graphics should be visually appealing. Integration of innovative gameplay elements and creative levels design are highly appreciated.
I am expecting a quality game that closely follows my wishes and specifications. The game must be bug free and easy to play. I will need to test the iPad version before any payment is made.
