I am looking to have a lottery app developed that can be used online and accessible specifically in Somalia, Kenya, and Ethiopia. The app should have the ability to pick 2, 3, and 4-digit matching numbers on a weekly basis with different prize awards. I would like the payment solution to include Visa, Mastercard, M-PESA, and PayPal.
The app should be simple to use and have features such as registering, purchasing lottery tickets, and checking prior lottery results. I would like the app to have similar features to the 649 lotto Canada.
